Cornerstone Nurture Café is a welcoming, friendly space for parents, carers and those expecting a baby. Whether you’re looking for practical support, advice, or simply a chance to meet other local families, you’ll find a warm welcome here.
Drop in on Tuesday mornings with no appointment needed. Health visitors, NHS nurses and other trained professionals regularly attend to offer support, guidance and answers to the many questions that come with caring for young children.
As well as professional support, Nurture Café is a place to relax, enjoy a conversation and connect with others who understand the joys and challenges of family life. Children can enjoy free drinks and snacks, and adults are welcome to stay for lunch and a free tea or coffee.
We are proud to be part of the Infant Friendly Norfolk scheme and breastfeeding is actively welcomed and supported at Nurture Café.
Baby weighing scales are available each week for parents who would like to monitor their baby’s growth, and nappies are available if you’ve forgotten the essentials.
Whether you’re expecting your first child, navigating the early months of parenthood, or caring for a growing family, we’d love to see you.
